How to Fix unmovable Mouse Pointer even the Drivers Installed Correctly.
Go to Windows Registry,
Go to Path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E96F-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
In the Right Side Panel,
You will See UpperFilters with Data,
Just Change the UpperFilters Data with "mouclass" (without quotes)
Done, Restart Your Computer and see the Mouse Pointer Working :)
